Welcome to Jean & Mae Doxies! We are a small, family-based breeding program located in Redding, California, specializing in long-haired miniature dachshunds. With over seven years of breeding experience, our focus is on producing healthy, well-structured dachshunds with wonderful temperaments.
Each pairing is carefully planned with the goal of preserving the beauty, personality, and charm that make dachshunds such a beloved breed. Health testing, responsible breeding practices, and lifelong support for our puppy families are at the heart of everything we do. Our puppies are raised in our home where they receive daily care, early socialization, and plenty of love to help them grow into confident companions.

Family
Our program is truly a family effort. Our dogs and puppies are raised right in our home where they are part of everyday life. From the moment they are born, they are surrounded by love, attention, and the sounds and routines of a busy household.
Raising our puppies this way allows them to become well-socialized, confident, and comfortable with people before they ever leave for their new homes. Watching them grow and then placing them with wonderful families is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
